Overnight Oats

  • 40 g Rolled oats
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Muller Light Yogurt
  • 1 handful Frozen Raspberries


  • Mix the oats and yogurt together making sure the oats are well covered
  • Peel and grate the apple
  • Mix the apple into the oat mix
  • Place in a bowl / container and top with the raspberries
  • Cover and place in the fridge overnight
