Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon and Chives

  • 2 Eggs
  • 50 g Smoked Salmon
  • 1 tbsp Chives
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Fry light


  • Break the eggs, beat with a fork and season with salt and pepper
  • Cut the salmon into small bite size pieces
  • Use scissors to cut the chives
  • Put a saucepan onto a medium heat and spray with fry light
  • Add the eggs and gently use a spatula to move the eggs around the pan. Keep folding and slowly moving the eggs around the pan
  • Once the eggs begin to set but are still slightly wet take them off the heat. Stir in the smoked salmon straight away so the eggs will warm the salmon. The eggs will continue to cook for another minute
  • Add the chives and serve immediately
